40 Canadian Black Women Filmmakers and Media Artists came together on Friday, April 29 for the inaugural launch and opening workshop of the Black Women Film! Leadership Program. the 15 program participants we are also in attendance, who were selected from 35 applications for this new program supporting the development of emerging Black women filmmakers of all ages. Program runs May 21 - 31
